Students are strongly encouraged to add a parent/guardian as an authorized user to their E-Bill account as soon as they sign in. Parents/guardians cannot access E-Bill unless they are added as an authorized user by their student. International students who plan to pay via Flywire will do so directly on the Flywire website but should first confirm their balance due in E-Bill. SAANs are not sent to parents/guardians and billing statements are not mailed. Students are responsible for viewing and, in most cases, paying their balances on the E-Bill website.
This notification will direct students to Brown University’s electronic billing system (E-Bill). SAANs are sent every other week to students who have had changes to their charges since the last notification. Students will receive their billing information through notifications, called Student Account Activity Notifications (SAANs), via their Brown University () email address beginning in late March (late May for Pre-Baccalaureate students).
